Small Group Personal Training is a structured training program you can do in the gym over a 10 week period. Our Personal Trainers will develop a training program that is specific to your training goals and they'll help you get the results you want. From the very first training session you will experience an exciting challenge, as you work toward building your cardiovascular fitness and improving your strength and endurance levels. 

Small group Personal Training classes are limited to just 10 people, so you get personalised attention when you're in the gym. Our Personal Trainers will be with you every step of the way - making sure you get all the benefits from the effort you put in during your workouts.

Track Your Progress

The new whole-body, functional program will be based around our app (the same one you use to book classes). Using the app lets you view your individualised workout and record your activity. It will help you accurately track your progress and it helps to keep you focussed on your program.

Individualised Workouts

You will start on the base program with one main lift and five accessory exercises per day. As you progress through the program, you can discuss changes with the trainers to get the most out of your time in the gym. Any changes are added to the app - ready for when you come in for your next workout.

Personalised Attention

Weekly programming sessions give you an opportunity to sit down with one of our trainers and discuss how your individualised program can be changed to better accommodate your goals. Any roadblocks you currently have with your fitness goals will be addressed in these sessions. These sessions are currently available every Thursday from 4:00PM - 4:30PM and 5:00PM - 5:30PM by appointment.

A unique aspect of the Small Group Personal Training sessions is the unrivalled opportunity to create friendships with your fellow members. The motivating team environment provides the most effective and fun workout you will experience. You will also meet our team of trainers - each with their own unique background - as they motivate you toward achieving your fitness goals.

Loads of Workout Times

There are over 20 Small Group Personal Training classes throughout the week, so it's easy to find a workout time that you can fit into your busy schedule. There are class times early in the morning, mid morning, lunch times and after work.

If you're unable to make it to a class, you can do your workouts whenever you like because the gym is open 24 hours a day.
