Boxing

Boxing is a class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. In this class you will learn basic boxing skills. Once you've mastered the techniques, you'll be using them to work at an mid-high intensity to give you a full-body workout.

This all-over cardio and strength training workout will improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. During many of the drills, you'll be working with an opponent - either sparring with them or doing friendly punching routines. We're not here to fight! We're here to have a fun and solid workout.

Whether you're a total beginner or know how to throw a punch in the ring, this class will help you to improve your boxing technique, whilst delivering a high energy, calorie burning workout.

BYO Boxing Gloves

Boxing gloves are required for this workout. Due to the current COVID restrictions, we are unable to supply boxing gloves, so you will need to bring your own.
