Even though the COVID restrictions have been eased, we still need to control the number of people in our gym and in our classes. Therefore, it's essential that you make a booking for your workouts.
Members can make bookings for classes and gym workouts by giving us a call, or by using a smartphone app.
Make a booking using the app
Our app provides a convenient way for you to manage your own bookings. The app shows all the classes that are on for the next 7 days. If a class is fully booked, you can join a waiting list and you will receive push notifications when a spot becomes available.
Cancel your bookings
To help share availability with other members who are on the waiting lists, please make sure that you cancel your bookings 8 hours beforehand, if you are unable to attend.
