It’s a class that aims to strengthen the core muscles of your body, such as the abdominals, back, buttocks & thighs. Developing these muscles will reduce your risk of lower back problems and improve the condition of your body for all kinds of day-to-day activities. Improving these muscles will also improve your performance in any of our other classes, so this is a great class to do before or after another class on our timetable.
