What if I can’t keep up?

That’s okay — everyone runs at their own pace. Instructors provide different options so you can work at the right intensity for you.

Is this indoors or outdoors?

Classes are outdoor sessions. You should come dresses for the weather conditions.

Will this help me run longer distances?

Yes. Structured running training improves stamina, making it easier to progress from shorter distances to longer runs.

1–3 times per week is ideal, depending on your fitness goals. Many members combine Running with strength and mobility training, like Strong Bar, Yoga or Mat Pilates classes.
